Q: How long have you been with Membersy? / How has the company changed since you’ve been here?

A: I have worked here for nine and a half years. I was originally employed by The CDI
Group. In 2020, Membersy acquired the company. Membersy has undergone many changes since I joined the company. Taking on an entirely new system and learning new office capabilities was an exciting experience. The team has grown so much over the past few years, as we have hired some incredible individuals to support us.

Q: What does your typical day look like?

A: As an account manager, I am responsible for conducting monthly outreach to my assigned offices. During my calls with the office, I emphasize the importance of offering their patients a Membersy membership plan as well as the benefits it offers both to the office and to the patient. I onboard new offices to help them understand the value of the plan in order to increase patient acceptance. I also train new employees at our offices on our Connect Dashboard on how to enroll patients and check eligibility. Additionally, as part of my responsibilities, I focus on any priority tasks such as reaching out to dental offices that are not selling to see if there is an underlying reason or if the office needs further education on the dental plan. I also answer any questions offices may have or try and resolve any issues that may come up.

Q: How does your role impact customers on a daily basis?

A: I work hard to provide our offices with the best support possible. If an office has a question or a potential issue, we are there to provide personalized support and guidance.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Membersy?

A: Membersy cares about its employees and tries to make this a fun and enjoyable environment which is something I appreciate!

Q: What is a fact that would surprise your coworkers?

A: Previously, I worked as a Pharmacy Technician for four years. I loved it! This was an environment that was extremely fast-paced and challenging. It kept me on my toes and I learned a great deal from the experience. I developed the ability to deal with many different people on a daily basis.

Q: What drew you to Membersy originally?

A: I wanted to remain in the medical and healthcare industry, but also wanted a more predictable schedule and excellent benefits, and I have found Membersy to be the ideal place to do that. I have been able to broaden my knowledge and gain a deep understanding of a whole new area of business-the dental industry and membership dentistry.

Q: What's the most exciting project or achievement you've been involved in at work?

A: Working on the rollout of 1,000 Aspen offices was one of the most exciting projects for me. While training all Aspen offices during the onboarding process, I had the opportunity to attend several locations in person. It was a refreshing alternative to speaking on the phone since it was a different experience and you were able to put a face to the name of the individual you are speaking with. A lot of hard work went into rolling out this plan and it is rewarding to see the enrollments come in.

Q: What’s the most interesting or unique hobby you’ve had outside of work?

A: Research. Hear me out lol, I love to research an area I am planning to travel to and make an itinerary of different places I want to go.

Q: What is something that’s on your bucket list?

A: Travel through Europe

Q: If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

A: Another language

Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

A: Teleportation- it would make traveling so much easier and faster lol.

Q: What's the most memorable vacation or travel experience you've had?

A: Going to Monterey CA for my husband’s corporate meeting, we were able to take a couple of days before and have a nice vacation together. Then my mom and sisters came up and we had an amazing time just bonding and having a good time while my husband had to work.

Thank you for all that you do for us, Ashley!
