Employee Spotlight: Kyle Carter, Financial Analyst

Q: How long have you been with Membersy? How has the company changed since you’ve been here? 

A: 3 years. The largest change I’ve seen is the expansion of our product team, which occurred after the investment and partnership with Spectrum. We’re defining what makes our company unique and our processes are improving at a rapid pace - it’s exciting to be a part of the growth.

Q: What does your typical day look like? 

A: I produce financial and operational reports for internal and external use, and look for opportunities to streamline processes and improve our product offering, in addition to any ad-hoc analyses.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Membersy? 

A: I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats and level up in a growing organization; handle diverse, challenging work; and collaborate with sharp individuals

Q: What drew you to Membersy originally? 

A: I wanted to make an impact at a smaller company with growth potential. From day one, I’ve been motivated to create value, both internally for colleagues and leaders, and externally for our partners.

Q: Where is your favorite place to be? 

A: On a mountain

Q: What is something that’s on your bucket list? 

A: Base jumping
