To get to know our new leader a little bit more we sat down with Kim to learn about her past experiences and what she’s most looking forward to with her future at Membersy.
What experience are you bringing into your role at Membersy?
Prior to joining Membersy I spent over 15 years at Henry Schein in various leadership roles across sales, customer support, and operational functions. Most recently, I was VP of Business Development, and led a team of business development executives focused on nurturing and supporting Dental Service Organization partnerships.
What are you most excited about in your new role as Executive VP of Customer Success?
I'm genuinely thrilled to be joining this passionate team at Membersy, and I am looking forward to harnessing the collective talent within this organization to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. Together, we will build enduring relationships, drive innovation, and ensure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Why is the right partner so important when choosing a dental membership plan administrator?

We work as a true extension of your team and offer the resources you need to to effectively train and equip your staff while also providing marketing support that ensures adoption and engagement of the membership plan from your patients.
How does the team cultivate and grow existing partnerships to ensure organizations are getting the most out of their dental membership plan?
